

After a decently long somewhat depressing solo walk through the heart of Toronto on a cool grey Christmas Day (lots of lonely down and out lost souls about), I stumbled upon a pine tree in a small stand of trees in a parkette that had been fully trimmed by someone in the Christmas spirit. Given the neighbourhood, it was heartening to see. Maybe a little Christmas joy for those who wander these streets day and night. Made me happy.







Thinking the irony was lost on the rivet installer.
