C flashing her pearly whites the day she got her braces off!

There is a huge spider sculpture outside the National Gallery in Ottawa. It almost came to life in the face of fast changing weather.

Was walking down an alley after the Pride parade when I randomly stumbled across two of the most amazing, supremely beautiful, absofantastic peeps going, Kristy and Sandy, masters of mayhem, purveyors of passion, servers of salvation, and lucky for me, friends o’ mine. They were kind enough to indulge me and let me snap a few quick shots…

A million people out at the Pride parade each with a camera taking fifty photos equals 50,000,000 images!! I took a few but mostly just hung out with some friends and took in the sights and sounds. Parades in blazing sun with big crowds and bigger shadows not the easiest to get great shots unless you work really hard (which I had absolutely no interest in doing!).
Here my one shot that captures a bit of the energy and colour of the day.

Here my favourite garage door in the world. I pass it frequently on my morning alley walks to the neighborhood Starbucks. A whimsical reminder to not hold back. Rage a positive when applied appropriately.
